Terms of Use

1. Scope and Application

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Canal de Denuncias platform, operated by Infosevia, S.L. By accessing the platform, the user fully accepts these terms.

2. Correct Use of the Platform

The user agrees to use the platform lawfully, in compliance with applicable regulations and these terms. The following are expressly prohibited:

  • Submitting false or bad-faith reports with the intention of harming third parties.
  • Using the platform for purposes other than reporting irregularities.
  • Attempting to compromise the security or integrity of the system.
  • Impersonating other persons.

3. Confidentiality

The whistleblower's identity will be treated with strict confidentiality in accordance with Law 2/2023. The information provided will only be accessible to persons designated to manage the channel, with restricted and audited access.

4. Whistleblower Protection

In accordance with Law 2/2023 of 20 February, regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory infringements, whistleblowers will enjoy the protections set out in that law, provided they act in good faith and on reasonable grounds.

5. Intellectual Property

All platform content (design, code, text, logos) is the property of Infosevia, S.L. or its licensors, and is protected by intellectual and industrial property regulations.

6. Limitation of Liability

Infosevia, S.L. shall not be liable for damages arising from improper use of the platform, false information provided by users, or service interruptions due to causes beyond its control.

7. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For dispute resolution, the parties submit to the competent courts in accordance with applicable regulations.

8. Modifications

Infosevia, S.L. reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated through the platform with reasonable notice.
